Where Do You Currently Ship?

Cannabis Care currently ships medical cannabis to locations throughout Canada. We do not at this time ship to the United States, or any locations worldwide.

What Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?

Payment for your orders can be made via Email Money Transfer (also known as an E-transfer). We also have Interac® Online direct debit payments for select financial institutions. We are working on getting credit card payments in place!

How Do You Ship?

We ship using Canada Post pre-paid ExpressPost envelopes and boxes. Shipping is fast, safe, secure, and discreet. We ship exclusively through Canada Post. Canada Post does not work Saturday or Sunday or any statutory holidays. Canada Post is the ONLY truly safe means of shipping your package as the mail is federally protected from anyone tampering with it in any way in the same way that it would be illegal for anyone to open your mail.

How do I know if you received my e-transfer?

It can take up to 24-36 hours (during the week – more on weekends since we are closed then) to receive your e-transfer payment. Once your e-transfer is processed by us YOUR bank will automatically notify you by email that your E-Transfer has been accepted. If you have not received this email notification from your bank then your e-transfer has not yet been accepted by us. Please wait at least 24 hours before inquiring as to the status of your E-Transfer – Order with us. Currently we have two payment options; E-Transfer and Interac® Online direct debit. If you can make payment via Interac® Online, we recommend you do so as this payment method is immediate and allows us to begin packaging and shipping your order right away whereas E-Transfer is processed one at a time in the order in which they were received, no exceptions.

How long does it take to process my order?

Once payment has been received (for E-transfers this can take up to 24-36 hours during the week and more on weekends since we are closed then – for Interac Online it is instantaneous) your order should be packed and shipped within 24 business hours. Once the shipping label is generated you will receive email confirmation with a tracking number. Unless it is too late in the day for pick up by Canada Post, your package will be shipped the same day you receive the tracking number. We ship exclusively through Canada Post.
