All Cannabis Care shipments are shipped via Canada Post XpressPost, and delivery is guaranteed! Packages are shipped with our company number listed as the sender so that “CannabisCare” does not appear on your package.

All orders are tracked and tracking codes are provided. Once your order is ready for shipping you will automatically receive an email with your tracking code. If you haven’t yet received a tracking number email – and your bank has emailed you that your e-transfer has been received or you paid with Interac Online – then this means your order is still being processed. If you don’t receive your cannabis, we will re-ship it.

Canada Post does not work Saturday or Sunday or any statutory holidays. Canada Post is the ONLY truly safe means of shipping your package as the mail is federally protected from anyone tampering with it in any way in the same way that it would be illegal for anyone to open your mail.
