All Cannabis Care shipments are shipped via Canada Post XpressPost, and delivery is guaranteed! Packages are shipped with our company number listed as the sender so that “CannabisCare” does not appear on your package.

All orders are tracked and tracking codes are provided. If you don’t receive your cannabis, we will re-ship it.

  • Canada Post delivery is extremely reliable and private
  • We have never had a package intercepted!

Refunds & Returns

If, for some reason the package contents are not what you ordered or damaged in some way we will be happy to rectify this Рplease call us to arrange replacement or a store credit. Our refund policy ONLY allows for replacement or store credit. We do not send money to customers as a refund option. For this reason, please make sure you are ordering the correct product for your situation. Missing products will be shipped separately at our expense. Damaged products will be replaced or you can choose a store credit (a photo of the damage may be required). If the package was mangled in transit please take a picture of it so that we can show it to Canada Post.

For Direct Debit Purchases (DIRECT DEBIT ORDER PAYMENT ISSUES ONLY – they cannot help with e-transfers, products, orders or anything related to shipping. They do not have access to our database)
